Actionable Item đź“’

Currently Reading: Four Thousand Weeks Time Management for Mortals the quote that stuck with me → “It’s only by facing our finitude that we can step into a truly authentic relationship with life.” What does this mean to you? You don’t need to experience a near-death experience to start living authentically now. Traffic jam? Forgot to do the laundry? Sometimes the most idiotic thing can ruin my day. However, I am trying to be more deliberate in everything I do and how I react. Do I fail? Of course, but this is how we learn. Be mindful. Be present.

Useful web applications 🎊

  1. Later: This is a fun web app where you can clear and restore your workspace. Makes sense if you are in zoom calls, want to close something fast, or save a workspace.

  2. Rize: Time tracking apps. Wow, there are tons out there. This is the most intuitive out there with a great interface for time tracking.

Physical item recommendation ⌛️

  1. Beast blender: I had low expectations when I bought this. However, this has been one of the best purchases this year. Its motor works like a mini car engine but does not sound like one. Pair this with daily harvest and you have a cheat code.

Health tip đź’Ş

  1. Ritual multivitamin: I did some serious research on multivitamins and wrote a review on ritual. If you’ve ever taken multivitamins or are thinking of taking them in the future I would read this.

Random Tidbit🎰

The theory of everything is a final theory, singular, all-encompassing, coherent theoretical framework of physics that fully explains and links together all physical aspects of the universe. Would this answer also eventually permeate into other subjects as well? Medicine, literature, etc..?

Go out and do great things,

Martin
