  1. Kairn: Another to-do app? Yes! Great UI and views are available to prioritize tasks are very helpful. Further, you can make tasks anywhere. I’m exclusively using this app for my to-dos. Give it a shot and LMK.

  2. Napkin: Just as the name suggests it’s a collection of ideas that are intertwined. Allow old ideas to pop up and kindle new ideas.

Physical item recommendation ⌛️

  1. Lulu lemon underwear: Ok hear me out. The price 🤯 is ridiculous but the quality is superb. Would much rather pay a higher price for these.

  1. A new study from JAMA found that the prime health benefits of walking regularly start at 7,000 steps a day. We regularly hear 10,000 steps as the “golden rule” but you can think of 7,000 steps as the buy-in. Anything over that is always a welcome benefit. The benefits of course being a lower risk of premature death for both women and men.
