Napkin: Just as the name suggests it’s a collection of ideas that are intertwined. Allow old ideas to pop up and kindle new ideas.

Lulu lemon underwear: Ok hear me out. The price 🤯 is ridiculous but the quality is superb. Would much rather pay a higher price for these.

A new study from JAMA found that the prime health benefits of walking regularly start at 7,000 steps a day. We regularly hear 10,000 steps as the “golden rule” but you can think of 7,000 steps as the buy-in. Anything over that is always a welcome benefit. The benefits of course being a lower risk of premature death for both women and men.
