Try it out with one of your projects or current goals and let me know how it goes. ↓ is one example he uses for his fitness project. You can use this methodology for anything though.

A recent study found that the Green Mediterranean had:

• reduced brain volume loss compared to participants on a standard Mediterranean diet or healthy diet.

• Lower risk of heart disease

• lower risk of stroke

• lower risk of diabetes

• more weight loss compared to the Mediterranean diet or healthy diet

• decreases the risk of the hippocampus (important for learning and memory) shrinking

One interesting thing I learned from reading these studies was mankai (Wolffia globasa), an aquatic plant food. I did some quick research on it and found one study showed it had bioactive B12  compounds that could serve as a B12 plant-based food source.
