Health Nugget 💪
It’s easy to be pessimistic. I don’t blame you. Actually no one should blame you!
But you know what? optimism can save your life. Yes, you heard that correctly (yes, I’m pessimistic about that statement as well). How you ask well?
People who are more optimistic have:
Decreased chances heart disease
Decreased all-cause mortality (death)
That’s all great but how am I supposed to be more optimistic, you say? I have no idea what you’re going through or your past experiences. Saying something as empty as “be more optimistic” is kinda dumb.
This is what works from me (what works for you? LMK):
Meditate.
Understand that work can foster your pessimistic viewpoints, or optimistic.
Making time for your health.
Vision the worst possible outcome and make guard-post to prevent them.
Be around awesome people (like you readers) who are optimistic
One important thing to remember is that.
Optimism and pessimism have different genetic and environmental factors
Meaning yes you can change.
Here are some studies.

Random Musings 🎰
Graza: The best olive oil I’ve ever had. Sourced from Sierra de Cazorla, in Jaen, Spain. I could tell you about the non-GMO, packed-in facilities that are certified allergen and gluten-free just try it yourself.
Go out and do great things,
Martin
P.S. I have no discount or coupon code for any of the items I recommend. I use them all or have in the past.
